Sometimes, the only way to find out exactly what is going on is through surveillance. If someone is making counterfeit goods, you need to know where the secret factory is. If one of your employees is passing on company secrets, you need to know who he or she is meeting, and who they’re phoning.

Sinogie typically conducts surveillance operations as part of broader investigations, especially intellectual property protection projects and other areas of corporate investigation. However, in some cases, we can conduct surveillance as a standalone project.

Reverse phone and cellphone lookups

If you have the fixed-line or mobile phone number of a target in Mainland China, Sinogie can find the identity of the owner. For all fixed-line numbers, and all post-paid mobile numbers in China, we can provide you with information including:

-	The name of the owner
-	The owner’s ID card number
-	The billing address, including the company name (if any)

Telephone record search

Sinogie can provide you with a copy of the most recent phone bill, and the bill for up to six previous months, for all fixed-line numbers, and all post-paid mobile numbers in China. For fixed-line numbers, the bill will show all long-distance and international calls made from the target telephone or fax machine. For post-paid mobile numbers, the bill will show all calls made and received.

Legal Representative and shareholder searches

If you are trying to understand the business interests of a target individual, Sinogie can conduct searches to establish whether that person is the Legal Representative of any company registered in a given city in Mainland China.

In some cities, we can also conduct searches to establish whether an individual is a shareholder and/or director of any company registered in that city.

In Hong Kong, we can conduct searches to establish whether a given individual is a director of any company registered in the city. We can also provide similar services in Singapore and Taiwan.

Court record searches

In most major cities in Mainland China, and in Hong Kong and Singapore, Sinogie can conduct searches to establish whether a target individual or company has been involved in any court actions.
